After arriving home last week I let him linger in the car a bit longer while I unpacked. To my amazement, he navigated himself into the driver seat and even flipped open my key. To see if this was just luck or a skill, I put him back in his car seat, took out my phone and recorded the following video. Yes, scary but good to know what this near two year old is capable of.

Monkey See
We all know the saying "monkey see, monkey do." Colton has proven this true countless times. He mimics what we do regularly. Whether it is burping Hollyn, making my morning coffee in the Keurig, or attempting to use my hair dryer. Jason and I have learned to stay on our toes and watch Colton closely. His other obsession is cars (and trucks, buses, motorcycles - frankly anything that moves).
