Colton's First Christmas

Despite not having snow this year, it certainly felt like Christmas!  We spent the morning at Grandma and Grandpa's with Aunt Lauren, Uncle Steve, Aunt Amy, and cousins Taylor and Christopher.

Uhoh, Colton only lasts so long in the middle

We went to Aunt Laura & Uncle Jon's house for Christmas dinner.  Colton was all dressed up in his Christmas red sweater!

'Twas the Night Before Christmas

Colton's first Christmas Eve was spent at Aunt Jessie and Uncle Brad's house.  Having a family of three makes the holidays extra special this year.

Tis' the Season

Christmas is one of my favorite times of the year.  It is extra special sharing it with our little guy.  Colton spent last Saturday with Grandma CC, Great Aunt Jess and me as we shopped in East Aurora.  No snow yet, but it still felt like Christmas time!

This year I had a little helper to keep me company as I wrapped all the gifts for our family and friends.  Colton smiled the entire time on Thursday as we got this project started!

You will notice a change of clothes - we had a little diaper incident
(which may explain all the smiles and laughs you see above)!

We finally finished all the wrapping today, December 23rd!  I am pretty certain this will be the only year Colton assists for at least the next decade - the ribbons, tape and paper will be way too tempting to play with next year.

Two months

It is hard to believe how quickly two months have gone by!  Colton had his check-up today and is now up to 13 pounds, 13 ounces and he has grown to be 23 inches tall.  He is a happy healthy baby and we couldn't be more in love.

And a little flash back to see how far we've come... Colton 5 days old:
