Sledding and Welcome 2017!

Colton and Mommy had a special date over winter break.  Sledding followed by brunch with hot cocoa!

We rang in 2017 with friends at our house.

Christmas Day!

For Colton and Hollyn it seemed like forever for Christmas morning to arrive. The excitement began just after thanksgiving when Speedy the Elf arrived from the North Pole. They have spent the last 32 days obsessed with advent calendars, Christmas carols, Santa, and everything Christmas. 

The big moment... Santa was here!

This little cabbage patch arrived from the North Pole by way of Great Grandma Dorothy.

I was obsessed with Cabbage Patch Kids as a young girl.  In 1996, the Olympics were in Atlanta, GA and I graduate High School.  This little doll remained in her box (in the North Pole) since then and was just delivered to Hollyn this Christmas.  I hope my grandma, who I always called Ma, knows her Great Grand Daughter now has her very first Cabbage Patch doll.

After Christmas morning at home, we headed to Yamma and Bob Bob's for our annual Christmas breakfast.
